- Race win helps Charlotte Dobson and Saskia Tidey stay top of the 49erFX
- Race win and two seconds moves John Gimson and Anna Burnet into second in the Nacra 17. Ben Saxton and Nikki Boniface in fifth.
- Hannah Mills and Eilidh McIntyre move up to second overall in the 470 Women's fleet
- Giles Scott remains in Finn contention despite self-confessed 'diasppointing day'. Sits second overall.
- 49ers Dylan Fletcher and Stuart Bithell move up two spots to fourth overall
- Tom Squires stays inside the RS:X Men's top 5 with the help of a second place race finish

Tom Squires (26, Oxford), RS:X Men
"We had some crazy shifts here today with a good amount of breeze everywhere. But, 'comebacks'. My coach said to me today it was a day for saving furniture. So when your house is on fire and you're doing pretty bad go back and save some furniture. And that's what I did. I made some huge comebacks on the second beat but I wish it was more simple."
Eilidh McIntyre (25, Hayling Island, Hants), 470 Women
"We did alright today. Unfortunately in the last race we lost a little on one of the runs and couldn't really make it back up. It was wacky out there and you had to really back yourself and your decisions.
"We are still right up there and at this point in the regatta you just need to be still in it and we are. We've been sailing pretty consistent and haven't really been out of the top five in our races at this point. We're pretty fast up wind and if we sort out our downwind speed - which is unusual for us - then we will be right away."
Stuart Bithell (32, Rochdale, Greater Manchester), 49er
"We had a bit of everything today. Light winds. Choppy. Breeze came in a couple of times. We didn't perform too well, it was an average day. It's quite hard to predict the wind at the moment. There aren't really any signs of where it's going to go, where it's going to come in from. We are struggling a little of which way to go. It's not an excuse because it's the same for everyone, but it is just making it hard to be consistent like we always try to be."
Saskia Tidey (25, Dun Laoghaire, Ireland), 49erFX
"It was pretty hot today. The team has done a great job to help us conquer that but I must admit I went for a bit of a swim between races - intentional of course - to cool down. I'm sure everyone is feeling it out there and it's about trying to focus and not let it take over all your thoughts."
