Young Azzurra outperformed their competitors, while rookie teams defend good positions in the ranking.
Today the wind conditions have been not so good between 5,5 and 6,5 knots and Young Azzurra tried a different crew set-up with both Francesca and Erica on the boat and Ettore at the helm. I think that this set-up worked really well, making us lighter thus faster. We have just started training with the girls as flight controllers and today we had a very positive feeling.
Ganga Bruni, Young Azzurra
We had three amazing days, the boat is really awesome and everything in 69F works very well. So it has been a really great experience sailing on this boat.
We already have experience on foiling boats so we are used to do short races and I really like the 69F format. A lot of action and tight racing between the boats. The race course is very safe because you don't cross paths with other boats.
Tiago Leal, Uon Sailing Team
We really enjoyed the boat. When it's windy it is very fast and stable, much more than what we expected. A little bit sad for the wind conditions of today but hopefully we will get some great races tomorrow. We are looking forward to it.
