The revolutionary "I-Bridge®" totally integrated bridge system, conceived and launched on the market by founders Massimo Minnella (CEO & Sales Director) and Daniele Ceccanti (CTO), translates into technologically advanced and safe touchscreen consoles with an unmistakable and sophisticated design that can be totally customised to the Owner and Captain's wishes.
TEAM Italia employs highly specialised Engineers and Technicians who are able to guarantee maximum efficiency of the systems and Worldwide assistance (both remotely and on site), also proposing a scheduled maintenance plan to closely follow the vessels. This is Ocean Remote Support's PAM service, which, through dedicated and specialised technicians who carry out intensive preventive maintenance on NAV-COM systems, is able to keep them efficient and consequently increase their life cycle.

Joining TEAM Italia at METS was its "sister company" ONYX, dedicated to the development of automation architecture, which enriched its product range with the introduction of the Remote Alarm Notification (RAN) system with Text-to-Speech technology, which allows to be informed promptly, via SMS or voice call, of problems or malfunctions that may occur on board, thus managing the complete surveillance of the vessel even if it is unmanned.
Unlike the other remote alarm systems currently available on the market, almost all of which are based on SMS contact only, Onyx Marine Automation's RAN-TTS system allows for a call to be sent by voice message, too. In order to provide the safest, most reliable and indeed timely notification option, each time operators activate the system, they use the touch panel to decide whether to send an SMS or allow it to place a voice synthesis call to the pre-set recipient numbers. The system will continue to call all the cyclically set numbers a predetermined number of times, until it receives an answer acknowledging the alarm.
Easy installation, fast connection via Ethernet network, extremely compact processor and plug-and-play connection (no need to wire) make it unique and extremely effective.
