Alvey Reels service and warranty update for loyal United States customers

by Alvey Reels 31 Jul 2022 07:05 NZST

As we make progress towards a sustainable and viable solution for Alvey Reels moving forward, and finalising the options available to Alvey, we need to communicate the service and warranty procedures to our customers.

As such, there will be a continuous availability of spare parts for our Alvey Side Casts and Orbiter ranges through the following Alvey Authorised Retailers.

  • Charlton's Fishing
  • Tackle Land Sandgate
  • Gardiner's Fisheries Rainbow Beach
  • Bayside Bait and Tackle

The retailers will also have access to technical and mechanical expertise from the Alvey factory in order to fulfill the requirements of warranty and service. As in all cases proof of purchase will need to be produced as our administration will require this to process any claims made, but we have committed to a spare parts pipeline to give confidence in the continued enjoyment of your Alvey reels.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal and patient customers who have been supportive and understanding as we work through the backlog of orders and we assure everyone that we are doing all we can to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

For loyal customers in the United States, the service centers are available at alveyus.com
