Live Q&A with 470 Olympic silver medallist and 2022 European Champion, Anton Dahlberg © Road to Gold

How to become not just a very good sailor, but to achieve true mastery of your craft...

Anton Dahlberg is an accomplished Olympic sailor, who has represented Sweden at multiple Olympic Games. At Tokyo 2020 he finally had the breakthrough he had been working towards for so long, an Olympic silver medal with his then crew, Fredrik Bergström.

The 37-year-old has won several medals in international competitions, including gold at the 2021 World Championships and silver at the 2022 Europeans.

Only this week at Lanzarote International Regatta 2023, Anton and his crew Lovisa Karlsson narrowly missed out on a gold medal, ending up with bronze after a tense 470 medal race.

See the Lanzarote Highlights here...

Join Road To Gold for a free Zoom call and a 60-minute Q&A session with Anton to learn how to add another dimension to your sailing ability.

Anton is a deep thinker and we'll be exploring many interesting topics, eg.:

  • True mastery of your sport. What does that mean?
  • Circular Learning. Do you have to get worse before you get better?
  • Learning from failure
