The third edition of the Ibiza JoySail closed with the victory of Moat (Performance), Dark Horse (Performance Cruising), Aurelius (World Cruising) and Svea (J Class), after the celebration of three races in Pitiusas waters, in a successful edition with record number of participants and where the fleet has enjoyed in the water and on land.

In this edition of the Ibiza JoySail have passed names of the level of Bouwe Bekking and Paul Westlake (Svea), Peter Holmberg and Francesco de Angelis (Topaz), Will Oxley and Mark Sadler (Jasi), Guillermo Parada (Moat), Andy Beadsworth and Bill Tripp (Prevail), Jesper Bank (All Smoke) among others. And Spaniards like Pablo Arrarte (Jasi), Nacho Postigo and Javier de la Plaza (Topaz), Juanlu Paez (Moat), Pachi Rivero (All Smoke) or Simbad Quiroga (Svea).

The Moat (Swan 115) is still the king of the Ibiza JoySail after having won the three editions of the superyacht regatta born in 2021 and where Juan Ball's boat is one of the great references, which together with the Dark Horse (Swan 80) winner in Performance Cruising, are the only ones who have participated in all editions of the Ibiza JoySail.

Juan Ball, one of the great ambassadors of the regatta commented as soon as he arrived at Marina Ibiza as a three-time champion of the Ibiza JoySail that "it is a regatta that we love, and since the project began three years ago we were invited to participate and since then we have gone hand in hand". In this edition the incentive for the Moat has been to compete with Jasi, a twin boat: "We have been competing with Jasi and this has been very productive for both parties".

In Performance, the duel between the two twin boats, Moat and Jasi, the latter has made its debut in the Ibiza JoySail has been spectacular, finally taking the victory Moat after winning the three races, while Jasi scored three seconds and All Smoke (SW-RP 90) was third, beating in the last day the Kiboko Tres (SW 105) that was fourth overall but taking the prize of champion in Corinthian category has been the Kiboko Tres (SW 105).

In Performance Crusing the Dark Horse was the champion after demonstrating an incredible evolution in only three years, winning for the first time the Ibiza JoySail. The American Prevail was second and the Shambho (Y7 70), which was competing in its first regatta, was third, and won the Corinthian prize in its class.

In World Cruising, the Aurelius did a double, winning in class and the Corinthian Award. Second place went to the Scorpion of London (Baltic 151), the largest and most elegant boat, tied on points in third place was the Alarife 100 (Custom 99).

In J Class the Svea was the great dominator from start to finish, winning the three races sailed, all of them in the waters of Ibiza and Formentera, against a Topaz that also showed its great competitiveness.

The anticyclone that affected the Mediterranean throughout the week meant that the record could not be made on the first day between Palma and Ibiza. Already in Pitiusas waters, although the wind barely exceeded 6 knots none of the four days, the Race Committee led by Gaspar Morey, Pablo Ferrer and Arianne Mainemare, was able to get a daily coastal test, in very difficult conditions, mounting three courses where the fleet had to make the best of themselves, and leaving Marina Ibiza with very good feelings and eager to repeat.
