A rising tide of opportunities for boat crews and brokers to connect, from one-on-one meet-and-greets to USVI-style social events, is what makes the 2025 USVI Charter Yacht Show a 'must-attend' industry event. Set for November 7-10, 2025, the Virgin Islands Professional Charter Associations (VIPCA)-hosted show will once again be held at IGY's Yacht Haven Grande, St. Thomas, an unprecedented five-time winner of the prestigious International Superyacht Marina of the Year title. Register now!

"Having participated in the show previously as crew and now working alongside an excellent team in creating this year's show, I am excited to invite brokers and vessels to participate in what will be a fantastic 2025 USVI Charter Yacht Show. With this year's combined Cocktail Competition and Vendor Night, we expect a lively and well-attended opening night bringing together the whole community that allows this industry to thrive," says Kennon Jones, VIPCA Executive Director.

20% Discount on Yacht Registrations

Yachts that register (usviyachtshow.org/register/) by July 31, 2025, receive a 20% Early Bird discount! Additionally, IGY Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas is offering a discounted berthing rate of $1.85 per foot per day from November 3 to 14 for any participating yachts that register and pay in full for the show by August 31, 2025. The rate is $2.15 per foot per day after August 31, 2025.

"Attending the boat show is a great way to grow further our brand as well as our relationships with brokers and the community. By showing the boat, we can bring the product to life to our brokers and friends and show off our yacht and our personalities," says Captain Doyle Van Horn, of the Lagoon 65, Reverie. Key features of this 2025-built yacht, which will be on display this fall, include a state-of-the-art lithium battery bank that can power the entire yacht throughout the night without the need for a generator, an aftermarket air-conditioning unit capable of running 24/7 to keep guests cool, and an itinerary that includes off-the-beaten-path destinations.

VIPCA-member Brokers are Free!

Brokers can also register at usviyachtshow.org/register/. For brokers, registration is free for VIPCA members and offers additional annual benefits, including a listing in the online directory (www.vipca.org/yacht-listing/broker) and support of VIPCA's year-round work. Book accommodations now. The soon-to-open Hampton by Hilton (www.hampton-stthomas.com), located just a short walk from IGY's Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, is offering an exclusive 40-room block at excellent rates. Additional rooms beyond the allocated number are offered at 30% off their best available rate. Three nearby hotels are offering a 20% discount for the show. Reserve at Bluebeards (bluebeards.com), a VIPCA Preferred Hotel, by calling 1-340-774-1600 and using 'yacht show' as the promo code. Bolongo Bay Beach Resort's (bolongobay.com) reservation line is 1-800-524-4746, and the discount code is 'yacht show.' The Pink Palm Hotel's (pinkpalmhotel.com) reservation number is 340-715-7760.

"The fall USVI Charter Yacht Show is particularly important to attend because it typically brings over 60 yachts and crews and hundreds of brokers together," says Kevin Jonas, owner of Mainsail Yacht Charters, based in Bedford, NH. "With the docks being close, brokers can spend more time visiting and inspecting the yachts instead of doing a lot of walking compared to other boat shows that have to utilize different marinas. Plus, I always recommend my clients start and end a charter in St. Thomas. Having to travel to the BVI to start the charter adds an hour or even an extra day, depending on arrival time, and there are additional costs associated with public ferries or a private water taxi. Also, I think IGY's Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas is a beautiful marina with many places to eat and shop if the clients arrive early or need last-minute items before they get onboard."

World-Class Yachting Venue - IGY Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas

IGY's Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas serves as an exceptional venue for the USVI Charter Yacht Show, offering a robust mix of amenities designed to support both yacht operations and guest experience. Operationally, the marina is equipped for top-tier yacht service, offering in-slip fueling, side-to-side berthing for vessels up to 200 meters in length, waste and oil removal, and 24-hour security. Additionally, it features a resort-style fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, and volleyball court for owners, crews, and guests alike. The property features six full-service restaurants, four food and beverage kiosks, boutiques, Moe's Fresh Market for provisioning, and the newly opened Java Grande Coffee shop.

"IGY's Yacht Haven Grande is proud to sponsor and host VIPCA's boutique-style USVI Charter Yacht Show, as it perfectly aligns with our commitment to excellence in yachting and hospitality. This show highlights the best of the Virgin Islands charter industry in an intimate, high-quality setting, and we are honored to provide a world-class venue that elevates the experience for brokers, crews, and guests alike," says Charlie Irons, general manager and director of operations.
