On the eve of the Cannes Yachting Festival, the Fountaine Pajot Group unveils a new season marked by ambition, with a record number of new models, an agile industrial strategy, and a strong environmental commitment.

In an uncertain global economic context, the Group reaffirms its leadership position and continues its transformation, strengthening its market share through targeted investments and a clear strategy to respond with agility to the evolving market expectations.

A complex context, a steadfast course

The year 2025 unfolds in an environment marked by geopolitical tensions and a more cautious economic climate, including within the yachting industry. In response to this situation, the Fountaine Pajot Group has chosen to make significant investments in the future, convinced that innovation, industrial adaptation, and environmental responsibility are key drivers of sustainable growth.

Despite a more wait-and-see market, commercial momentum remains strong, driven by a successful move upmarket, exemplified by the Samana 59 and the Thíra 80, which are positively supporting the product mix.

An industrial transformation serving quality and competitiveness

The modernization of the various production sites enables the Group to adapt its industrial capacities while improving working conditions. This transformation strengthens its ability to meet demand with ever-higher quality standards.

Eight new models launched this fall: a record for the group

Never before has the Fountaine Pajot Group unveiled so many models in a single season. At the 2025 fall boat shows, eight new models are being presented, including four world premieres. This product strategy reflects the Group's determination to keep surprising, even during slower market periods, in order to anticipate the market recovery.

Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans

A strengthened brand experience, driven by a new generation of models

2025 marks a turning point for Fountaine Pajot with the launch of a new generation of products, initiated by the FP41. In just one year, five new models have revolutionized the range, reflecting a strong commitment to anticipating market expectations.

This new generation powerfully expresses the brand's DNA: timeless elegance, unmatched qualities, generous and functional living spaces, user-focused innovation, and responsible sailing, all with an attractive price positioning.

Beyond design and performance, Fountaine Pajot is asserting its ambition to become the premium and experiential reference in sailing catamarans. Conviviality, openness, and authenticity are at the heart of its spirit. Each catamaran invites you to create unique moments on the ocean, with family or friends, a promise amplified by a fully renewed range. This ambition is embodied in a new brand signature: "Share your experience."

Fountaine Pajot unveils a new generation of models that fully embodies its ambition: to offer an elegant, innovative, and responsible cruising experience.

New models

The FP41 inaugurates this core range as the new standard in the 40-foot segment, featuring bright interior volumes, an elevated helm station, and a versatile cockpit. It will be showcased at the Cannes, Genoa, Southampton, Grand Pavois La Rochelle, Barcelona, and Annapolis boat shows.

In the same spirit, the FP44 enhances the balance between comfort, performance, and elegance, with open-plan living spaces and great modularity to adapt to different sailing projects. It will be showcased at the Cannes, Genoa, Southampton, Grand Pavois La Rochelle, Barcelona, and Annapolis boat shows.

In addition to the premiere of the new FP41 and FP44, Fountaine Pajot announces 3 other new models in Cannes

The FP48, successor to the Tanna 47, impresses with its ergonomics, energy autonomy, and an owner's suite spanning an entire hull in the Full Maestro version, while also offering interior layouts designed to adapt to each owner's lifestyle and preferences. Launch scheduled for spring/summer 2026, with a world premiere in Cannes and Annapolis 2026.

With the FP55, Fountaine Pajot takes a step forward and introduces its first flybridge catamaran: a model that is spacious, versatile, and highly customizable, offering up to six double cabins and 6,300 W of solar panels to combine luxury, comfort, and autonomy. Launch scheduled for spring/summer 2026, with a world premiere in Cannes and Annapolis 2026.

As the new flagship of the brand, the FPY70s redefines the standards of luxury yachting. With its elegant lines, eight possible configurations, and outstanding energy autonomy, it delivers a silent and refined sailing experience, designed to enjoy the sea without compromise. Launch scheduled for spring/summer 2026, with a world premiere in Cannes and Annapolis 2026.

This new sailing range asserts a strong identity, combining timeless design, functional innovation, and sustainable sailing.

Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts

On the motor yacht side, Fountaine Pajot also confirms its ambitions with its new flagship making its World Premiere: the Power 80, showcased in Cannes. A true cruising yacht, it combines 24 meters of refinement, bespoke layouts, and an aft terrace designed as a genuine lounge with direct access, for long-distance cruising under the banner of elegance and ultimate comfort.

Veya Yachts

Fountaine Pajot and Couach Catamarans launch VEYA Yachts, a new brand dedicated to simple, fluid, and elegant motor cruising. Its first model, the VEYA 53, stands out with its sleek design, refined layouts, and intuitive circulation on board. Release scheduled for 2026.

Dufour Yachts

Dufour Yachts unveils two new models making their World Premiere in Cannes, embodying the brand's renewal.

The Dufour 48 offers a lifestyle resolutely focused on the outdoors, with a modular cockpit, a sea-view galley, and seamless circulation, creating an elegant and convivial cruising experience. The Dufour 48 stands out for its modernity, revisiting cruising classics while delivering impressive performance. Displayed in Cannes, Genoa, Grand Pavois La Rochelle, Southampton, and Annapolis.

The new flagship, the Dufour 54, combines offshore comfort, sleek design, and extensive customization, with generous volumes and an owner's suite inspired by the finest yachts. With the Dufour 54, the exterior spaces have been completely reimagined to deliver a true outdoor experience, featuring a relaxation area unprecedented on the market. Displayed in Cannes and Genoa.

Available in the hybrid OD Sea+ version, the Dufour 48 and Dufour 54 reflect Dufour Yachts' ambition to offer sailing that is ever more sustainable, seamless, and connected to the ocean.

An international development strategy gaining momentum

The Group is strengthening its international presence to increase brand visibility and consolidate recognition across all its markets. The majority stake in the Australian dealer The Yacht Sales Co illustrates this active strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Similarly, bringing the U.S. operations back under direct management demonstrates a clear commitment to consolidating this strategic market. In Europe, growth continues both in the private ownership segment and with charter professionals.

Sailing towards carbon neutrality: An ambition driven by innovation

Backed by a clear vision and strategic technological choices, the OD Sea+ hybrid solution continues to expand. In just three years, 30 units have already been equipped, proof of the market's growing adoption of this innovation.

It is now available across the entire core range of Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans and on nearly the entire Dufour lineup (with the exception of the Dufour 37). In 2025, it will reach a symbolic milestone: for the first time, OD Sea+ will be integrated into a flagship model, the iconic Samana 59.

This commitment is part of a clear and concrete low-carbon pathway, driven by technical innovations, eco-design, smart onboard energy management, and training programs for employees and stakeholders.
