Ibiza JoySail Superyacht Regatta is back again to deliver another unforgettable edition from 18 to 21 September 2025. Having firmly positioned itself in the international yachting calendar, this superyacht race promises to wow the owners and crews of the twenty-two sailing yachts — many of them regulars in competitions around the world — that have already signed up for this fascinating event on the crystal-clear waters of Ibiza and Formentera.

The Logistics Behind the Show

Ibiza JoySail rewards us with countless experiences over four days of racing on the spectacular waters of Ibiza and Formentera, yet few are aware of the organisation and support behind the event.

If there's one thing this superyacht race stands out for, it's the personalised attention and coordination at all times with the participating yachts in the months prior to the event. Yachts needing to transfer their racing workshop containers or any other necessary element, including the boat itself, can use the Yacht Moving service to manage transport so that everything arrives on time between one event and the next.

On race days, each and every one of the twenty-two participating yachts can count on North Sails to provide all the support needed with a specialised daily pick-up and drop-off of sails, which can be repaired at its station strategically located in Marina Ibiza.

Another benefit for contestants is that they have access to the refit yard Varadero Ibiza, where they can have urgent repairs conducted right next to Marina Ibiza.

Meanwhile, our partner Repsol, which is committed to renewable fuels and sustainable mobility, has installed electric charging stations for several parking spaces strategically distributed around Marina Ibiza.

And then there's Global Yachting Ibiza, which again will be providing a chase boat service for transporting organisers, VIP guests, the racing committee and the media team in charge of capturing the best images that we enjoy on Ibiza JoySail's social media profiles throughout the year.

Last, but not least, is Monzó Yacht Painting, which boasts extensive experience in painting sailboats and will be contributing a prize to the top winners.

Premium Assistance for a Worry-Free Experience

Together with the support of partners and sponsors, the Marina Ibiza Concierge Service is key to making the experience of Ibiza JoySail participants as effortless as possible, managing all the yachts' needs, from urgent repairs to downtime assistance, as well as a provisioning service alongside Super Oh, located in the marina itself.

The Island as a Unique Setting

More than just a thrilling competition out at sea, Ibiza JoySail is a celebration of the island itself. With the majestic Dalt Vila as a backdrop, the Hospitality Village is the meeting point for sailors, owners and their guests, VIPs, organisers and the media to enjoy leisurely breakfasts and the Captain's briefing before setting sail. And once back on dry land, this is the place to be to sip on sundowners while swapping the day's anecdotes.

What's more, the institutional support of Ibiza Travel, Ibiza Island Council and Ibiza Town Council highlights the importance of this event for the island, both on a tourist and a nautical level.

In the evenings, Ibiza JoySail comes to life with exclusive parties at Roto and the Hospitality Village, with the magic of Tequila Don Julio, creating fun memories and making the awards ceremony as stylish as it is memorable.

It's also at the awards ceremony where some partners stand out in their own right, awarding a special prize to their fleets. Every year, Southern Wind reflects its loyalty to the event, with seven yachts competing this time.

On Course for a Truly Unforgettable Edition

With each edition, Ibiza JoySail doesn't just reaffirm its position on the international superyacht circuit, but also strengthens the link between sport and Mediterranean lifestyle. Thanks to the support of committed partners and an organising committee that takes care of every single detail on and off the water, this event is an experience like no other, where racing, the island and the sea all join together in the same spirit. The countdown to Ibiza JoySail 2025 is already under way.
