As it embarks upon the next substantial phase of its development and growth plans, superyacht service, repair and refit shipyard Adriatic 42 situated adjacent the iconic superyacht marina and waterfront community of Porto Montenegro in Boka Bay, Montenegro welcomes maritime industry leading figure Klaus Borgschulte as new CEO replacing outgoing Eric Robert-Peillard who has steered the yard though multiple refits of growing value and complexity over the last 12 months.

Mr Borgschulte will be supported by another leading industry manager Dirk Malgowski, who will focus on commercial and further corporate development initiatives.

Mr Borgschulte and Mr Malgowski have worked together for nearly two decades in the past at global leading shipyard groups Thyssen Krupp and Lurssen and between them have been responsible for the construction and refit of some of the world's largest and most sophisticated superyachts including Azzam, Golden Odyssey, Mayan Queen, Dilbar, Topaz and many others, as well as some of the world's most advanced surface and sub-surface naval defense vessels.

Adriatic 42 Chairman David Margason said to AD42 staff:

"We would like to thank Eric for his tremendous efforts of the past year during which Adriatic 42 has bid, won and delivered multiple service and refit projects and moved substantially up the ladder of size and complexity of projects delivered. As we now embark upon a very substantial and challenging programme of further development and growth at our yard, we are delighted to welcome the duo of Klaus and Dirk whose collective experience in the yacht and shipbuilding and refit industries is almost unrivaled. We look forward to their bringing this enormous experience to bear on our exciting future plans which are in the advanced stages of planning and are now beginning their implementation and to being able to update our clients and the wider industry of those plans soon."
