The Armstrong Foil Drive Integrated Masts are purpose-built to bring full power assist into the Armstrong ecosystem and redefine what’s possible with powered foiling.

For Armstrong, this collaboration marks a new chapter, bringing powered foiling into the fold while staying true to the brand’s DNA of progression and feel. It’s about expanding what foiling can be and keeping riders on the water for longer.

“Foil Drive has opened new ways to ride, and we wanted to bring true Armstrong performance to that experience”

“It’s all about unlocking more time on the water,” explains Armie Armstrong, Armstrong Foils Founder.

Engineered with a forward-set motor pod for a smoother lift and reduced drag, it delivers that signature Armstrong feel with electric acceleration and zero clutter.

Whether you're chasing bumps or waves on windless days or just starting out, this setup is your session-extender. Beginners can learn faster with powered assist. Advanced riders can chase more waves, boost recovery time, or ride spots they normally couldn’t. This is your fast track to more waves and quicker progression.

Available in two configurations, both built from premium Toray high-modulus carbon fiber and titanium hardware:

  • Foil Assist - Perfect for that extra boost transitioning into a seamless on foil riding experience for intermediate and advanced riders.
  • E-Foil - Think E-Foil, but give it that Armstrong feeling. The E-Foil mast drops the motor pod for consistent submersion and full-time motoring. Ideal for flatwater rides and beginners.

Key Features:

The internal cable routing keeps everything clean and drag-free. Delivering the same stiffness and strength as the Performance Mast and compatible with Armstrong’s A+ System forward and backward modularity so you can use any front foil and stabilizer from the Armstrong range.

Learn more at ArmstrongFoils.com or check in with your local retailer.

Foil Assist and E-Foil are compatible with Foil Drive Gen 2 Assist MAX and Slim systems (sold separately).

We can’t wait to see where this next chapter of assisted foiling takes our community!
